Smart Form

Choice of operating mode

Smart Form allows you to display a block on a contact form, in order to dynamically retrieve the questions / answers present in your knowledge base, filtered by several criteria according to your need.

To propose suitable questions / answers, the widget can analyze two types of fields on a contact form:

  • An input field: for example "Your message" of type input or textarea
  • A drop-down list: for example "Contact reason" of type selectlist

Two different snippets are available depending on the type of field that the widget will analyze.
